Your capital is allocated to their note within your bank or brokerage account. Using Euroclear and Clearstream, your bank can subscribe to the ISIN note via any bank worldwide and receive the coupon the following month.

* In-Situ Model:
Investor capital remains in your own bank account. There are no wire transfers to third parties, resulting in a risk-free investment.

* Listing & Filing:
The security is regulated in Luxembourg and is searchable on Bloomberg terminals via ISIN for complete transparency. It is part of a €500m aum fund. 

* Arbitrage:
Physical gold is procured at a fixed discount to the LBMA spot price. The profit is made on the logistics spread, not the market price.
